PetPod
Digital screen prototype: this component syncs with the keychain to provide more details on your pet's health.
The objective of this project was to identify a product opportunity and develop an interactive experience through a novel physical object. Design issues to consider included: Opportunity framing, form-making, and tangible interactive techniques.
PetPod is a pet care system that promotes pet-owner interactions, and supports pet owners in providing the care their pets need. The system consists of a series of modular parts that range in function from appointment reminders, to treat dispensing, to pet health tracking.
My contributions include: rapid ideation brainstorming, user interviews, design sketches, persona and scenario development, physical prototyping (foam core and other media), concept validation, video sketch script writing, and video voice-over.
